The Erasmus+ Programme supports teaching staff with mobility grants for teaching periods abroad, provided that an inter-institutional agreement is in place between the University of Padua and the receiving institution abroad for the relevant year.

  Swiss European Mobility Programme

Since 2014, the University of Padua has joined the Swiss European Mobility Programme (SEMP). This programme encourages the creation of agreements that provide mobility opportunities for professors from the University of Padua to Swiss universities.

  Academic Staff Mobility – Bilateral Agreements

As part of its internationalisation policy, the University of Padua offers academics the opportunity to carry out a period of teaching or research abroad at partner institutions with which the University of Padua has an active university-wide agreement.

  The Fulbright Program

The US - Italy Fulbright Commission assists prospective, future and present grantees by providing an information service for study and research opportunities in the United States and Italy.

Fulbright grants to Italy are awarded for teaching, to carry out a study or research project, to serve as expert consultants on curriculum, faculty development, institutional planning and related subjects at Italian universities. Grants are also awarded to assist English language teachers in Italian high schools.
Applicants should have sufficient proficiency in written and spoken Italian to carry out their project.
