
Resilient Agricultural Systems for Climate Change Adaptation
The Summer School in Resilient agricultural system for climate change adaptation is aimed at Master's and PhD students interested in exploring and promoting innovative and sustainable strategies to enhance agricultural adaptation to climate change. Participants will have the opportunity to learn directly from field experts who will provide a multidisciplinary approach to exploring the significant modern challenges for the agricultural sector, threatening food security and community well-being worldwide.
The activities will cover diverse topics, such as: innovative genetic technologies, climate-smart agriculture, water-saving practices, agro-ecological methods, and crop adaptation strategies to address climate change.
Including a rich programme of lectures, discussions, workshops, and field visits, the summer school will encourage networking and collaboration among participants, fostering the exchange of ideas and diverse experiences potentially leading to future collaborations in the participants' respective fields.
