How to Start a Spin-off
Before submitting a request to initiate the process of establishing or recognizing a Spin-off, we invite you to read our Spin-off Playbook. Inside, you will find an overview of the main topics related to the entrepreneurial journey, along with all the information on the steps to follow for starting a university Spin-off, as described in the University Spin-off Regulations.
To submit the request, please contact the Spin-off Office (spinoff@unipd.it), which will manage the introductory meeting to discuss the entrepreneurial initiative you intend to propose and will support the process of establishing or recognizing the new Spin-off.
The development of the business plan and the formulation of the objectives, consistent with economic sustainability criteria, will be guided and supported by the university business incubator Start Cube.

Spin-off Playbook
Spin-off Playbook is born from the experience gained with the purpose of outlining the steps to follow for the establishment of a university spin-off; it also includes an overview of key questions and issues that often arise in the entrepreneurial journey.
