Transparent Administration

The "Transparent Administration" section of the University of Padua, like that of every public administration, is organized according to the provisions established in the annex to Legislative Decree No. 33 of March 14, 2013, and subsequent amendments and additions. This decree concerns the reorganization of regulations related to the right of civic access and the obligations of publicity, transparency, and dissemination of information by public administrations. On June 23, 2016, Legislative Decree No. 97 of May 25, 2016 (also known as FOIA), which amended Legislative Decree 33/2013, came into effect. Article 42 stipulates that public administrations must comply with the introduced changes within six months from the date the decree came into effect.
