Wellness and Sport: The Padova Marathon

On听April 27, 2025, the Padova Marathon returns, celebrating its听25th anniversary听and in which the University of Padua will also participate.

As usual, UniPD staff and students can run on behalf of the University of Padua听without paying registration costs,听limited to the places available, for the Full Marathon (26 miles/42.195 km), the Half Marathon (13 miles/21.097 km), and for the Stracittadine, non-competitive 10, 5, and 1 km races, following the order of arrival of the registrations.

Those running on behalf of the University receive a free pectoral bib number and t-shirt.

Registrations are now open for the Stracittadine and the 10Crono, the new non-competitive but timed race that follows the same route as the longest Stracittadina. It鈥檚 perfect for those who are not yet ready to take on the marathon or half marathon but still want to experience the excitement of these races.

  Marathon and Half Marathon - How to Register

Marathon and Half Marathon (competitive races)

  1. Please complete the online听,before 12 pm on Friday, February 7, 2025
  1. Once pre-registrations are closed, selected runners听will receive a confirmation e-mail and information on how to complete the registration form
  2. To finalize your registration you will need听to complete the online registration form at听, using the personal, unique, non-transferable code provided with your e-mail.

PLEASE NOTE: All registrants must have a FIDAL membership (company, company code, card number) or Runcard membership (card number) and hold a medical certificate for competitive听Athletics sport activity听that is valid up until April 27, 2025 (for more info:听听and听).

Non-members can request to receive a FIDAL membership from the CUS Padova听(more information will be sent by e-mail), membership cost through CUS Padova is 30 euros.
