
Contribution refund request
University fees (including pre-enrolment fees)Ìýare normally non-refundable,Ìýeven if the student has not attended any educational activities.
However, students can request a contribution refund in the event ofÌýdouble paymentsÌýorÌýpayments not due.

How to apply
Refund requestsÌýmust be submitted to the Student Services Office via the form below, which can be delivered personally or sent, together with a photocopy of an identity document, by fax, email, or mail to the addresses provided.
It is always necessary to attach a photocopy of the payment receipt for which the refund is requested.
AllÌýpayments of more than € 1,000Ìý(L.D. 201/2011) must be made byÌýbankÌýtransfer, therefore it is essential to enter the IBAN code on Uniweb relating to a current account in the student'sÌýnameÌýorÌýjoint name.
